My mother, Fatima, was diagnosed with kidney failure three months ago. She now needs regular dialysis three times a week, and doctors say a transplant is her best long-term option. As a family, we have exhausted our savings covering the dialysis sessions so far. The transplant surgery and post-operative care will cost far more than we can raise on our own.
